Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "399db", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 399db platform and the entity operating it, accessible at https://399db.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 399db platform in any capacity.

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 399db platform at any given time. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under your own name, a different name, or using a different identity — constitutes a serious breach of these terms. 399db reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently ban the associated player, with all balances subject to forfeiture.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 399db will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 399db immediately by contacting our customer support team. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

399db operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before any withdrawal is processed:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits belongs to you).

399db reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until all requested verification documents have been reviewed and approved. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods that have not been verified as belonging to the account holder.

4.4 Account Closure

Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements may have bonus balances removed upon closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

399db accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 399db does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Currency conversion is not available on the platform.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply based on your payment method and account verification status. These limits may be reviewed by 399db at its discretion and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance team within one to three business days of submission, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by 399db's support team.

399db reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or in circumstances that suggest unusual account activity. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays (including Eid and national holidays in Bangladesh), or in the event of technical issues with payment processors.

5.4 Failed Transactions

In the event that a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your payment account, you must contact our customer support team immediately with your transaction reference number. 399db will investigate the matter and, where funds are confirmed as received, will credit the relevant amount to your account within a reasonable timeframe.

5.5 Anti-Money-Laundering Policy

399db is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money-laundering or terrorist financing purposes. All deposits must originate from a payment method owned and controlled by the registered account holder. 399db reserves the right to freeze account balances, withhold withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds deposited on the platform are of illicit origin.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

399db monitors accounts for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, or collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is identified, 399db reserves the right to void all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, suspend the account, and permanently ban the player.

6.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses are subject to an expiry date or time limit within which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. Bonus funds that have not been played through within the applicable expiry window will be automatically removed from the account without compensation. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the expiry conditions attached to any bonus claimed.

Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Outcomes

7.2 Sports Betting Markets

7.4 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided at 399db's discretion in the following circumstances: the relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or abandoned without a conclusive result; the bet was placed on a market that was offered due to a technical error; or the odds at which the bet was accepted were manifestly incorrect. In all cases of voided bets, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

7.5 Disconnections During Gameplay

In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, 399db's server-side game state record will be treated as the authoritative record of any game outcome. Where a game round was incomplete at the time of disconnection, the round will be completed by the game server in accordance with the game's rules, and the result will be credited or debited accordingly. 399db accepts no liability for losses caused by third-party internet or device connectivity issues experienced by the player.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399db platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you are accessing it from a prohibited territory.
